Abandoned Property: Complying with California's Unclaimed Property Laws

Robert Hess will be a presenter at the Western Claim Conference in Indian Wells on Aug. 21, 2012, on a hot topic in the life insurance industry: Abandoned Property. 

The presentation will discuss recent legislation and settlements reached in the industry between large life insurers and various state enforcement agencies and will provide a roadmap for complying with the states' new unclaimed property laws.
